I (26M) just quit my six-figure job to pursue my passion for artisanal toast. AITA?

I've been working in finance for the last 5 years, and I'm completely burned out. The money is great, but I have no time for myself. My real passion is making toast. Not just any toast, but artisanal, hand-crafted toast. I've been practicing for months, and I'm ready to open my own toast bar. My boyfriend (32M) proposed to me with a Ring Pop.
