I (26M) just quit my six-figure job to pursue my passion for artisanal toast. AITA?

I've been working in finance for the last 5 years, and I'm completely burned out. The money is great, but I have no time for myself. My real passion is making toast. Not just any toast, but artisanal, hand-crafted toast. I've been practicing for months, and I'm ready to open my own toast bar. My parents think I'm crazy, and my girlfriend is threatening to leave me. So, Reddit, AITA?

u/LiterallyThis: NTA. Your toast, your rules.

u/GrammarNazi: *It's "practicing". You also missed a comma.

My boyfriend (32M) proposed to me with a Ring Pop.

We've been together for 7 years. He knows I love jewelry. He makes good money. And he proposed with a Ring Pop. He said he wanted it to be a "funny and quirky" surprise. I'm not laughing.

u/Relationship_Guru: Red flag! You need to leave him immediately. This is a clear sign of his lack of commitment.

u/WellActually: Well, actually, the sugar content in a Ring Pop could be a metaphor for the sweetness of your love.

u/ThisIsTheWay: This.
